ABOUT ME Hello! My name is Ekomobong Otu, but I also go by Rejoice. I’m originally from Nigeria and currently reside in Maryland. My passion for hair began in childhood and has grown into a fulfilling career rooted in care, creativity, and connection. Four years ago, I transitioned into the world of locs, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals embrace their natural journey with confidence and pride. As a loctician, I specialize in creating a supportive and affirming experience for every client who sits in my chair. I also hold a degree in Psychology, which allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level—understanding that hair is often closely tied to self-identity, confidence, and emotional well-being ⸻ MY MISSION To provide a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space for individuals of all genders to begin or continue their loc journey. I aim to create an experience where each person feels respected, valued, and confident in the crown they wear. ⸻ MY APPROACH I specialize in starter locs and am intentional about working with precision, patience, and care. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Same-day cancellations will result in your card on file being charged 50% of the service cost, including any deposits. ——— DEPOSITS All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Your card on file will be charged upon authorization to collect the deposit. ⸻ LATE POLICY If you are running late, please notify us in advance. • A 15-minute grace period is given for all appointments. • After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
